Frequently Asked

For 3D printing jobs, we require a print-ready file. Accepted formats include .STL, .3MF, and .OBJ. Please ensure your file has been checked for errors and is scaled to your desired dimensions before submitting.
ArcLayer Forge does not offer 3D design services for customer print jobs — you will need to supply your own print-ready file. However, we do design and produce our own custom products in-house, which will be available to order.
We specialize in laser engraving on powder coated tumblers and a variety of other materials. Have something specific in mind? Get in touch and we'll let you know if it's something we can work with.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and size of the order. Every job is handled personally, so we'll give you a realistic timeline when you reach out with your project details.
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Local customers in the Birmingham area are also welcome to arrange pickup.
